Enriching Activities and Play
No two dogs are alike, and that’s just one more thing we love about them. We appreciate that pet parents know their dog’s needs and preferences, so we provide a range of activities and play options to customize their stay. Here are some of the ways we can entertain and stimulate your pet during their vacation:
Social Play
Many dogs naturally crave the companionship of their fellow pups. We provide a safe and supervised place for dogs to run, romp, and play together. We carefully choose the best playmates for your dog based on size, age, and energy level.
Personal Play
Some dogs prefer to play with humans, and we’re more than happy to oblige. One-on-one play consists of whatever your dog enjoys most, whether it’s a game of fetch, splashing in the pools, or resting in the sunshine.
Relaxing TLC
If your dog is a low-key guy/gal who loves attention, we have more than enough to go around. Belly rubs, cuddles, and even bedtime stories await your precious pup.
Puppy & Senior Packages
Our Puppy Package ensures your young one gets all the extra playtime and potty breaks they need. If you have a sweet senior or special needs dog, our TLC package also provides stretch breaks and orthopedic bedding to keep them comfortable.
What Makes Ellis County Pet Resort Special?
- We’re owned by lifelong Ellis County residents who created our resort as an upgraded alternative to other pet care options in the area.
- We’ve designed our lodging areas to contain no more than 12 rooms or suites per section for much greater peace and relaxation. Small dogs and seniors have sections of their own as well.
- We’re located on 3 beautiful acres, with plenty of play areas both inside and out. Premium turf, playground equipment, and splash pools make up just some of our recent additions.
- All members of our team go through comprehensive training with hands-on experience and a focus on canine body language and safety.
