Do you have a passion for pets and the people who love them? Do you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment? Are you looking for a workplace where you can grow your skills and career?

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Here are just a few of the roles that help make the magic happen at Ellis County Pet Resort.

Pet Care Technician

Spreading joy and tail wags is all in a day’s work for our Pet Care Attendants. This hands-on role ensures every four-legged guest enjoys a safe, happy, and engaging experience. You'll help with feeding, supervising playtime, and keeping an eye on overall pet well-being. Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn dog behavior and playgroup dynamics are essential.

Receptionist

The first impression matters—and our Front Desk Coordinators set the tone for an exceptional experience. You'll welcome clients and their pets, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage incoming calls, and help everyone feel comfortable and cared for the moment they arrive.

Reservation Specialist

Our Client Reservations team is all about providing peace of mind to pet parents. You'll answer questions, explain our services, and assist with booking stays and appointments to ensure every visit is a great one. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly phone presence, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Grooming Assistants

Our Spa Support Team keeps pups looking and feeling their best! No grooming experience is needed—just a genuine love of dogs and an eagerness to help. You’ll assist groomers and ensure each pet’s visit to the spa is smooth, safe, and enjoyable.

Groomers

If you’re an experienced groomer ready to work in a beautifully equipped grooming room with modern tubs and adjustable tables, we’d love to meet you. You'll help dogs look their best with expert grooming services in a clean, calm, and professional environment.

Dog Trainers

We believe in building strong human-dog relationships through clear communication and compassionate, reward-based training. Our trainers work one-on-one with pets and their people to teach skills and foster lasting bonds. If you’re passionate about behavior and learning, this is the role for you.
